Job description
Summary :

Newly launched biotechnology products within gastroenterology, rheumatology, hematology and Oncology
New business segment in the pharmaceutical industry with huge opportunities and promises for growth – Biosimilars
Based in Amman or Beirut. Responsible for Levant Area for Biosimilars
Job Sepecifications:

As Sales Manager you will be responsible to lead a team in 5 countries to promote our biosimilar products and act as ambassador for the wider company in order to meet sales targets. You will manage and develop a team of product specialists and supervisors & work with different partners across countries, and be a key participant in setting strategies and determining business plans related to assigned products or customers.



Reporting to the Head of Biotechnology MENA, your key focus will be to :

Achieve sales and activity goals for Levant Area (5 countries)
Manage team sales promotion activities
Facilitate the attraction, hiring and motivation of sales staff
Coach and mentor subordinates and appraise their performance
Implement and track short and long range sales and marketing plans in each country
Build and then maintain professional relationships with target customers
Impart highly technical information to specialist consultants
Implement a Key Account Management strategy to grow the business
Requirments:



Bachelor’s degree in healthcare required
MBA preferable
Minimum 13 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
5-8 years of biologics sales experience
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical data and to develop strategic and actionable business plans
Specific skills & other requirements:

Demonstrated ability to deliver sales results
Ability to work autonomously using discretion and independent judgment where necessary and appropriate
Strong communication skills – written and verbal; clearly conveying information and ideas in a manner that engages audience and helps them understand and retain messages
Good computer skills – MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Thorough knowledge of negotiation skills
Effective presentation skills
Demonstrates impact and influence on others by creating a professional and polished image of self and company
