Office Manager

الوصف ومتطلبات الوظيفة
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly calendars of General Manager;
Assist General Manager in preparing reports and presentations;
Attend management meetings and prepare the agendas and minutes of meeting;
Organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures;
Always maintain privacy in confidential matters;
Make and confirm all travel arrangements;
Perform administrative and clerical functions whenever required – including receiving guests and sorting general queries;
Receive and follow up clients complains with related internal departments;
Provide the top management with all the required information on time;
Assure full responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager as appropriate and keep General Manager informed of any unforeseen events.
Main Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English Literature or any related field;
Minimum 4 years’ experience in related field;
Very good experience in business correspondences;
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
Excellent planning and organizing workload skills;
Ability to achieve accuracy in reporting and working with data;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Very good English command (reading, Written & Speaking);
Strong & leadership personality.
